Gre za ne\u017eno, a globoko prakso, ki nas spodbuja k upo\u010dasnitvi, sprostitvi in poglobljenemu zaznavanju telesa. <strong>Asane <\/strong>(jogijski polo\u017eaji) v jin jogi izvajamo <strong>dlje \u010dasa<\/strong> kot pri bolj dinami\u010dnih oblikah joge \u2013 obi\u010dajno ostanemo v vsakem polo\u017eaju nekaj minut. To omogo\u010da, da se raztezajo globlja tkiva, kot so veziva, sklepi in fascije, in da se telo resni\u010dno sprosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jin joga je primerna za vse<\/strong> \u2013 ne glede na starost, telesno pripravljenost ali predznanje. Vsaka asana je prilagodljiva, saj uporabljamo razli\u010dne pripomo\u010dke (odeje, bloke, bolsterje \u2026), s katerimi si ustvarimo oporo in udobje. Osrednji del prakse je <em>\u010duje\u010dnost<\/em>: ne\u017eno opazovanje telesa in diha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za plesalke (in druge gibalke) je jin joga <strong>odli\u010dna dopolnitev treningom<\/strong>, saj pomaga:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pove\u010dati gibljivost in sprostiti napetosti,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>umiriti \u017eiv\u010dni sistem in uravnote\u017eiti energijo,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>izbolj\u0161ati telesno zaznavanje in prisotnost v gibu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A jin joga ni le telesna vadba \u2013 je tudi praksa stika s seboj.
